What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect what you give us:

• For a free AI Visibility Check: your business name, website, what you do, your suburb and your email address.
• For a call request: your name, business name, email, phone number, preferred call time and your message.

If you become a client, we also hold the contact, billing and project details needed to deliver your plan.

Why we collect it

We use your details to:

• prepare and send the AI Visibility Check you asked for
• contact you about the call or enquiry you made
• deliver, support and invoice the services you sign up for
• keep a record of enquiries so nothing is lost

We don’t add you to a mailing list or send marketing unless you ask us to.

How the AI Visibility Check works

To prepare your check, we ask search engines and AI tools (such as Google and ChatGPT) questions about your type of business and your area, and look at publicly available information about your business. We use your business details for this, not your personal contact details.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our website host, email provider and invoicing system, and only for that purpose. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t use advertising cookies. WordPress may set essential cookies when you log in. Videos only load from YouTube when you press play, at which point YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

Our live chat is provided by tawk.to. When the chat loads, tawk.to sets cookies so your conversation can continue as you move around the site, and it stores the messages and any details you choose to share in the chat. We use those only to reply to you. tawk.to’s own privacy policy also applies.

How we keep it safe

Your details are stored on our secured website and email systems, and access is limited to the people who need it. We keep enquiries for as long as they’re useful for following up, and client records for as long as the law requires.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by sending us a message through our contact form. If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first and we’ll work to fix it. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
